My motivation to become an FLM Mentor + Coach was inspired by my love of spirituality and connecting to higher levels of truth, expanding my own consciousness, and helping those around me do the same. At the time, I was seeking a framework to follow and be a part of a conscious community to grow, connect, and collaborate with. I found the training very insightful.

 It’s fair to say that I’m a kind, compassionate, curious, and adventurous spirit who loves helping others connect to their own wonder and joy. I am driven, purposeful, and committed to my life’s purpose, which heavily involves helping others transcend their pain. 

It wasn’t always this way, as I have overcome many personal traumas some of which include childhood domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect, plus healing Indigenous intergenerational trauma and a lot of other family dysfunction. I have learned to lovingly lean into my pain, and create healing that has ultimately propelled me to move forward in empowering and uplifting ways. 

Now, I thoroughly enjoy playing with energy to manifest a life of authenticity and abundance and helping others do the same. I am a loving, non-judgmental person who feels deeply called to empower others to embrace their own strengths, wisdom, and capabilities so they can create a life that is in alignment with their highest self and their timeline. 

On a personal note, I am married with two teenage daughters and when I’m not working or being a mom, I like to visit friends, read, hike, work out, boat, bike ride, dirt bike ride, and meditate. I’m obsessed with spirituality, the afterlife, mediumship and manifestation, and partnering with spirit and also spend my time hanging out with our three pet chickens, hamster, and big Mountain dog.
