My motivation to become a F.I.T. LIFE Method Mentor + Coach came while on leave from my 25-year career as an educator. After years of illness caused by a debilitating pattern of career stress and hustle, life forced me to look for an alternative solution and a new approach to life.

Having experienced personally working with a FLM Mentor + Coach at this time, I discovered how to utilize my gifts and my strengths in a whole new way, so I jumped at the opportunity to Certify and empower others to do the same. Through mindset, emotional healing, and learning how to see the gifts in all of life’s challenges, I’ve significantly improved my overall health and well-being and started a whole new life path and career at 49! This has positively impacted my connection with myself and my relationship with others, especially those closest to me. I am enjoying a whole new level of ease, freedom, and fulfillment as a Life Coach and Educational Consultant for companies like The F.I.T. LIFE Method Academy. 

I love listening to people’s life stories and helping them see and utilize their unique gifts and strengths while empowering them with the skills and belief in themselves to follow their dreams (especially if their dreams are “out of the box” or starting again at 50!). 

My extensive experience working with neurodivergent learners, multiple intelligences and learning styles, paired with my trauma-informed coach training and Indigenous allyship training help me fulfill my passion for creating accepting, non-judgmental, and truly enriching spaces for real growth and inner transformation. 

I have two incredible young adults who are on very different life journeys which is the result of our family motto, chase your dreams as far as you can because you never know where they will lead you -NO REGRETS!

My husband and I hop in our RV regularly, a.k.a. my mobile office, with our two labradoodles to explore North America and visit our children.
