F.I.T. Breathwork offers a powerful pathway home — using the simplest and most direct tool you already possess: your breath. With each conscious breath, you open the door to greater peace, clarity, connection, and freedom — returning to the wholeness that’s always within you.

F.I.T. Breathwork will support you in:

Within Each In-person session

You’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathwork practice designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with yourself and your intuition.

Through intentional breathing in a supportive space, you’ll have the opportunity to clear what no longer serves you, restore energetic balance, and open yourself to greater ease, vitality, and abundance.

You’ll also be held in a welcoming circle of heart-centered women, creating a space for authentic connection, shared presence, and collective support.

All sessions are Led by Andrea Ferguson, Founder of The F.I.T. LIFE Method Academy and The F.I.T. Breathwork Practitioner training Program. 

What to expect with each session:

Each 2-hour session is a sacred space for deep restoration, connection, and renewal.
Through a variety of breathwork styles, somatic release techniques, and intuitive practices, you’ll be guided to restore harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

You can expect a blend of:

  • Guided Breathwork to Music – immerse in rhythmic, heart-opening sessions designed to release tension and awaken energy flow.
  • Connection with Others – share the experience within a supportive, like-minded community.
  • Personal Reflection + Intuitive Guidance – integrate insights through journaling, stillness, and intuitive reflections.
  • Multiple Breathwork Options – experience different styles and intensities of breathwork, adapted to meet your unique needs each week.

No experience is necessary. Each session is guided step-by-step, with multiple breathwork options provided to suit all comfort levels. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll be supported throughout.

Each 2-hour session includes guided breathwork to music, gentle somatic release techniques, time for personal reflection, and optional sharing within a supportive group. You’ll be encouraged to move, breathe, and rest according to your body’s needs.

Experiences vary — you may feel lighter, calmer, more connected, or deeply energized. Many participants describe a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and alignment.

Breathwork is generally safe for most people, but if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular concerns, high blood pressure, or recent surgery, please consult your healthcare provider before participating and inform Andrea prior to registering. [email protected]
