My journey with The F.I.T. LIFE Method Program began in 2013 at a Women Entrepreneurs event in Vancouver, where I first met Andrea, the program’s founder. At that time, Andrea led a boutique women’s fitness studio focused on holistic wellness, blending fitness with a supportive mindset.

I sought transformation, so I joined Life Designs Fitness + Nutrition in January 2014. Over the past decade, I’ve experienced profound personal growth through The F.I.T. LIFE Program, which helped me confront and overcome feelings of shame, establish healthy boundaries, understand my triggers, and find healing.

This program provided me with the tools to reclaim my personal power, communicate more effectively, and view myself and others compassionately. It also taught me the importance of being part of an authentic community, significantly impacting my relationships and personal development.

My decision to become a F.I.T. LIFE Mentor + Coach stems from a deep appreciation for the program and a desire to support others in their journey towards a life Fully In Tune (F.I.T.) with their true selves.

My formal background is in business and project management, but I expanded my expertise through Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead program, which has influenced my approach to leadership, and The F.I.T. LIFE Method Certification program, which led me to become a F.I.T. LIFE Method Mentor + Coach. I’m committed to integrating values of growth and curiosity into my coaching practice, continuously learning and evolving to support my clients better. My passion extends to exploring how these principles can be applied within corporate settings to create more holistic and supportive workplaces.

“A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself.”
