Guided F.I.T. Breathwork to Music – immerse in rhythmic, heart-opening breathwork led by our F.I.T. Breathwork Practitioners to release tension, clear stagnant energy, and awaken your inner clarity.

Energetic Support + Healing – receive gentle, restorative energy work from our trained Energy Healers to help you soften, rebalance, and ground your system.

Shared Intuitive Guidance – integrate insights through intuitive messages, reflections, and inner connection to help you receive clarity about what’s most relevant for you.

Sound Journey Integration – experience a deeply immersive sound bath led by our Sound Practitioner, helping your body  harmonize and integrate the experience.

FAQ

No experience is necessary. You will be guided step-by-step, with multiple options provided to suit all comfort levels. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll be supported throughout.

You will be guided through breathwork to music, gentle somatic release techniques and through a sound journey experience. You can also choose to receive energy healing and intuitive guidance.  There will be time for personal reflection, and sharing within a supportive group. You’ll be encouraged to move, breathe, and rest according to your body’s needs.

Experiences vary — you may feel lighter, calmer, more connected, or deeply energized. Previous participants describe a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and alignment.

The mini retreat is designed to be safe and restorative  for most adults. However, if you are pregnant or have specific health conditions— such as cardiovascular concerns, high blood pressure, neurological conditions, recent surgery, or severe mental health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before participating and inform Andrea prior to registering.   • Comfortable clothing for stretching and relaxation

  • A journal or notebook for reflections 

  • Yoga mat, pillow, blanket
