"As I head towards finishing up a lifelong career behind the chair as a hairstylist for 45 years, after raising a family and tending to my self-employed business, I’m ready to slow down the hustle and move towards retirement.
But I found myself in a rabbit hole of fear and worry about how that was going to work for me.
I was looking for something that would give me some income and continual community connection.
I had worked with Andrea on a personal level for a number of years, so decided to uplevel my own personal skill set and expand my toolbox to get more clarity and direction, both personally and professionally.
The skills and tools I learned in the program, were beyond what I thought I would be capable of.
However, working with and supporting like-minded women in a closely connected community, having a safe place to land in a judgement free zone, through tears and laughter, I felt fully supported (even if I didn’t love the tech!).
I love being able to do deep dives, sit in our stories, breathe, recognize what’s mine and choose to take steps towards healing.
Learning not to take things personally while having compassion for self and others.
And my favorite, is understanding language!
I’ve been able to strengthen my trust in the process, lean into faith and choose love more and more.
Which means that I know with certainty that I am ok and will be, no matter what.
I now have a greater understanding of my role as a light worker and am confident in the possibilities I can create going forward."

“About this time 2 years ago, I felt lost, uninspired, unworthy and depressed. I was using more and more cannabis and alcohol to "lift me up", I slept a lot and had a lack of energy and drive. I felt untethered.
I really didn`t know what I was supposed to do with my life and I felt like I didn`t belong anywhere - I was so sad.As a single mom supporting 2 teenage daughters, I felt like I made a wrong career choice and the previous 6 years of going to school was a mistake.
